Great, after nearly a month of absence, I have no idea where to start :(
I guess I'll start with this:


Dad's Birthday Cake! :D
Yesh, I made it myself :x
It was Supreme Cheesecake XD
(this cake actually has a name lol)

My uncle, a cake taster (actually he really is a food taster), said that the ratio of cheese to chocolate could improve...
and that was his ONLY comment :D
There was too much crust, too little cheese :x

Other than that,
the taste of the cheese and chocolate and everything was just right! :D

This is my sushi.
That I make for my breakfast (one to 2 days :x)

Yeah, apparently I've become an expert sushi roller too rofl.

On another note, I've started a few things already:

1. Working.
Yes, I'm working, part-time.
As (don't laugh) and English (tuition) teacher :)

To some (very hyper Std 6, talkative F1, normal F4 and serious F5) students.

Learning English just as I'm teaching it haha XD
But it's a good experience :D

I remember stating in this blog that I wanted to teach the Myanmarese English.
I guess this is "training" for me to be more professional, huh? :)

2. Playing Plants vs Zombies
Unfortunately, it's just too addictive D:
Very hard to keep -any- available hands off it :/

Unfortunately so, since the zombies have the same opinion on brains :/
As the Peashooters have the same opinion on zombies...
and my mouse have the same opinion on the Peashooters...
Gah, the never ending cycle! D:

Not that they're worth showing anyways.

3. Alpha Course.
uhh... some really spiritual stuff here :D
All about the Lord.

No, seriously.
I'm kinda happy that I joined this course to deepen my faith and know the Lord more.
Since last year, I was kinda off track :x

Now I think I'm back on track again :D
Let's hope my spiritual defence lasts in the spiritual warfare!

Only problem is:
I'll need to find a new group to attend, or I know I'll break DX

I've decided that I'd make cakes and sell them if there's an order.

So by the time I'm out of college,
I hope to be able to earn some cash... (Say... RM1000 in 4 years?)

Because before the year ended, I had an order for a cake :)

She didn't want much deco as she said she'd do the writing herself.
Fair enough :)

So I asked her to send me a pic of the final outlook of the cake.

And after a while, mum claimed she can't eat eggs.
Chinese elderly said that people who underwent surgery mustn't eat eggs.
They cause swelling in the stomach :/

So she bugged me into making this:

Cheesecake, for my sister's B-day.

And my sister asked for

Chocolate Crust

(like Secret Recipe) :D

So, I decided to make it extra special by making decorations!
(following YouTube's advise :)

Here was what I ended up with!

Homemade marzipan, with not-so-homemade colouring :c

Yes, it's a rose, and yes, the background of it is
loose marzipan.
There IS another uncoloured rose behind it.

In the end, I didn't place the rose on the cake.
(It looked too out of place rofl)

Hey blog!

Sorry, I'm too busy to actually do something with you.
But I promise during the hols, I WILL update you :)

Right now, I'm just too busy with my assignments and notes and lectures and
tutorials and baking and chatting and loading and thinking and sleeping.

So... no blogging :'(

Well, on an update, I am already driving :D

Ramblings

As I thought about it, I decided (again!)
that I'll not see you more than you should be.

Being narcissistic doesn't help anyone (unless you talk to douche bags =_=)
And anyway, I'll never work out with you, so!

Also Lord,
I hope that You will help me on this.
I feel like this is a difficult test for me,
and I'm really not happy that he is a test.

But on the other hand, I also kinda feel happy that you gave me this test
cause it would mean that I would be able to pass it (with flying colours, I hope! :)

And anyways, you wouldn't give us humans great tests that we can't handle.
So let this feelings of mine dissappear like Neopets and Ichumon.

Either You or him... as it can never be both.
Teach me to draw the line and stop where friendship ends.

What I Did Last Sunday...

In the morning before going for 11.30am Mass,

my sister had complained to Mum...

After Mum asked her whether she has had her breakfast.

And Mon replied:

"I don't know what to eat. There's NOTHING to eat."

Yes, she TOTALLY said that =.=;;

As though I'm directly responsible for not baking any breakfast for my family on Friday.

Oh btw, did I mention that Friday's chieong-notes-mode totally failed??
Now you know.

So after Mass, I decided...

It's going to be a
BAKE SUNDAY!!!

And guess what I was baking???

CARAMEL
CORNFLAKESSS!!

TA-DAHHHH!!!

Oh yeah, they looked slightly burnt,

but they taste awesome!! :D

Oh yeah, I made just enough to pack two and a half jars.

Unfortunately, whilst I was still cooling down the cornflakes,

My family swooped in like a flock of hungry hawks on them.

So I had to distract them with the half jar so I can salvage the two full jars :'(

Sorry, half jar. You will be honoured for your courageous effort.

But looking at it,

no wonder my family turned greedy on them XD

Who could resist the strong caramel taste in these cornflakes??

The best part:

They were NOT sweet!! :D :D

Yup, they all came in single bunches like that.

All of them were bite-sized.

Aw... am I making you hungry now??

PS. My hand is NOT food, understand?!

The truth: everyone in my family loves them

(fresh from the oven).

Mon commented:

Not super sweet, (it's) really nice.

Thin as a stick, but seriously is a good food critic.

Even my DOG loves them! o_O

I know she loves it, she has her eyes fixed on it~~

Yeah, just goes to show what a successful baking expedition it was!!

And added surplus:

I didn't follow the recipe closely this time.

I put everything in the pan and stirred until the caramel formed o.o

Then I took the whole thing out and stirred to cool before putting all the eggs in.

And finally the cornflakes.

Then bake as usual :D

Next time, (when I get my personal induction cooker repaired)

I'll use this method again! :D

Also for the cream puffs XD

Time to look for a new skin! :D

Something Short

I think I ought to update a little about my current life o_o

College has already started, and yesh, I'm pretty busy.
Also, it's not like I'm trying to ignore my blog
(pity you la, blog; but I'm not doing this on purpose!)

You see, my internet has got some problem
(I'm pretty sure it's the internet;
EVERYONE's computer/iPhones at home are affected)

The internet gets connected for maybe 30 seconds,
then the line drops for 5 mins or more...
So in a way, my wonderful Internet Service Provider
should go harvest coconuts or something! rawr.

So, now I'm trying to spend most of my days at my college:
my beloved college lol

I've already cleared out my cupboard shelf soon I have to put things in :/
And in the midst of clearing out my wardrobe and putting in some
more office wear :D

Ah! Also, I'm going to go take my driving test somewhere this month,
so hopefully this time I can pass :D

Oh, and PS:
I'm going to do my best in studying and baking :D
*Especially now since I'm really trying to make chocolate stuff.
