What do you like about the DiGi iPhone 4 Plans?

If course, it is one of the most AFFORDABLE plans there are, the cheapest being DiGi 88 and most expensive [it's reasonable, okay?!] being DiGi 283.

Of course, as a young person [not fit yet to fly on my own wings, as Mum put it], I really was really super lost and blur when I saw the webpage.

To tell you the truth, I nearly called this entry off.

Simply because I did not know what 'monthly quota' meant.
[You see? This is why I need an iPhone... and that SAT Vocab Challenge App in it D;]

Thank goodness there was another Nuffie who gave me an idea [I did not stalk her, seriously! It was like *inserts choir of angels singing the C-key here* INSPIRATION!!]

Okay, so I asked [this was the idea. Why didn't I think of this? =.=] my Dad [since he's normally the one who forks out the cash... Don't worry, Di! I do love you!! ;x]... what plan would he prefer?

Dad: hm... *scratches clean-shaven chin*
Me : *awaits*... *dumdumdum*...
Dad: Say again, which what?
Me : If you gotta choose, which plan would you prefer??
Dad: Let's see... *does mental calculation*
Me: *awaits, wondering if he'll go for the cheaper one*
Dad: *makes decision* You pay less for more.
Me: *caught off guard* What?
Dad: You pay less for more. See, if you took the 88 plan, you would get 200 mins, 200 smses, 1 GB of Internet.
Me: Ah-ha...
Dad: But if you took the 138 plan, you get double, no, 2.-something more. So, you pay less for more.
Me: Okay. Which would you sign up for me then, if you were to buy me an iPhone?
Dad: 138 plan.
Me: O.O!!!

So yeah.

So, why was I shocked?
I'll tell you why.
I'm [admittedly -__-; ] one of the thrifty-est spender there was. If I really need something, I go for cheap.

Like the last time my Dad was faced with two choices.

Option 1.
Buy this expensive item, throw in another RM100, and get a free gift worth RM1000.
[Which, by my argument, we don't have anymore space at home for it, and undoubtly, it will go to waste]

Option 2.
Buy this expensive item, don't pay extra RM100, and the salesman sells it for RM1000.

Obviously, when I heard of this, I told him I'd take the 1st Option. But...

Dad : Why waste RM900? Might as well get that gift, 10x cheaper!
Me : We don't have enough space at home. The existing gift at home is still useful!
Dad : Then give it away! No need to give the salesman earn extra. Wasting on our part.

Okay, he's the elder, it's his money, don't say anything more.
If you're clueless, he took the Option 2.


So, me being me;
I was really expecting something like,

Dad : The 88 plan is the cheapest. You're not going to call or sms so much, are you?
My reply would be: No, I would not. Thanks ;D

But it was;

Me: O.O @ *JAWDROP*

Okay, maybe I exaggerate a little bit [jawdrop part there xD] cause Dad just got up and left.
Oh wait, before he left...

Dad : So now you know what to tell them?
Me : Who?
Dad : Nuffnang.
Me : Oh, yes. Definitely.

Hence this post as a continuation of the third and second last part of the entry... before I get confirmed as a Nuffnang participant... well in the running for the iPhone 4!

Digi iPhone 4 Play!!

A short trip to the iTunes [online] store told me something new; I may want an iPhone, but am certainly clueless about the Apps I would use to furnish my [soon-to-obtain] iPhone!

Of course, thanks to Nuffnang, I'm a wee bit more smarter and wise than I was before

It's not obvious that I have never used an App at my own leisure, is it? [I hope not ;x]

One thing for sure; there are many great Apps that had been created for the likes of many. Funny for this young lady, the Apps that she named "Favourites" were totally unexpected!!

1.  SAT Vocab Challenge

This App boasts of a large database of BIG words used for the American SAT exams [Malaysian's equivalent of SPM... though I don't think it's common for these words to be used here]. 

For me, this is good news. It's definite that I would be hooked on Guess-the-Meanings of certain words. What more if they test my vocab?

4 stars out of 5!

[I'd probably add another star if get an A+ for English after this ;D]

2. Star Walk

No, this is no Star Wars!

This App is a guide to show constellations and stars in the sky! It can even go back in time to show the alignment of the stars when I was born... How cool is that?

And since there is great fun to glimpse a constellation [have you seen Orion in the sky? I have *evil smirks*!!] what more if you could tap in and find out what other stars are hiding from you.

Aw... aren't they shy? Even more so in the city. 

And which teenager would say they would not play stress-relieving games?

Even more so... since the SPM examinations are up-and-coming T^T

3. Touch Hockey: FS5

Of course, where is the fun if one plays alone?

This game allows players to connect through Bluetooth connection and play against one another!

It has instant replay [not that I would actually watch my awesome computer-defeating skills replaying against the computer again. It would be too narcissistic] and challenging modes. 

I think there's more, but these three are the top favourites!

Of course, depending on my mood, the favourite may just be SAT Vocab Challenge *wink*

They are definitely going be worth every cent....

unless Nuffnang would be kind enough to sponsor them together with the competition ;x

Why on earth would I want an iPhone?

Simply because it's

1. Slick
2. Stylish and
3. Expensive!

But mainly because it's a touch screen gadget~

Now who would not want a touch screen iPhone [need I say the LATEST iPhone?]?
[If you say "ME!" then give me yours, rawr]

I like the fact that with just one touch, one sliding finger, one could access endless amounts of applications. [Oh yes, I am a lazy bum, DUH!]

I have decided a few months ago that the first thing I would get with my salary money [non-inclusive of  basic necessities]is an iPhone.

1 authentic iPhone, from 1 authentic Apple Store.
That is 1 way to a girl's heart!
[but it would be even sweeter to win an Apple iPhone through a competition ;3]

And why from DiGi?

Why not? DiGi is one of the generous companies that is sponsoring an awesome, most-wanted give-away!

TODAY : BAHASA MALAYSIA I & II

Hello, hello peeps!

I'm kinda energetic now, and it's a little strange xD
Since I'm here... all of the sudden!!

Anyways, I thought I'd update myself, to see where exactly I'm heading for the Trials.
Not a good idea? *shrugs*

Okay, update for BM!
No, I didn't wanna pay attention to any tips, [and all of the sudden, there's like, no hype of exams. What happened? o.o ]

I say, woah!
Seriously, I did not think I should've rushed the first paper.
Which I should have. Because we started about 15 minutes late.

15 MINUTES LATE!

Hey, was it my fault [or our fault, at that *rolls eyes*] that the rest of the candidates were not prepared and required some time to organized themselves?

No. I was prepared. I guess. One of the first [if not the first] to remove her stuff and put her bag in front of the hall. SO why punish me for starting late?

Honestly, I felt like I wrecked my last essay. The first one was alright, but the last one was

==!!

Yeah, I ran out of time. In fact, if I was given [full amount of] time, I would've finished off brilliantly.

Oh but no!
At 10 a.m. sharp, the teacher went "MASA SUDAH TAMAT! LETAKKAN PEN ANDA!"

WHAT THE SHYT!!

I was just starting the last paragraph of the last essay D=
Thank goodness someone told the teacher we had started late...
but that too, we were only given like, what? 4 minutes ==

I wished my handwriting was a wee bit neater, but unfortunately *sigh*

For the second paper, it was okay. We started on time... [did we?] and finished on time.

I could even check half of my paper for spelling mistakes...
Of course, I hoped nothing went wrong ;x
Well then.
